Järvevana 7b is a truly environmentally friendly office building in a unique location a stone’s throw from the Lake Ülemiste green area.Located just outside the city centre, the office building engages with the neighbouring lakeside reeds and forests, combining an air of respectability with a modern green way of thinking.

The Järvevana 7b office building uses environmentally friendly engineering solutions. The building is equipped with geothermal heating and cooling systems, the water supply is partly based on rainwater, solar panels are installed on the roof and the energy cycle of the building is controlled by a unique thermally activated building structure (TABS). The building is finished with beautiful timber cladding.
