Audit Committee

The Supervisory Board of AS Hepsor has formed an Audit Committee as an advisory body to advise the Supervisory Board in matters involving accounting, auditing, risk management, internal control and audit, exercising of oversight and budget preparation and legality of the activities. The Audit Committee is comprised of two members.
