The courtyard of the factory building is surrounded on three sides by tall buildings, and the fourth opens directly onto Manufaktuuri Street. Outdoor activities can also be extended indoors by using the spaces that open out into courtyard yard as part of the events area. The area is perfect for concerts, festivals or other outdoor events.
