The rafter celebration was held for the First stage of Hepsor’s New Business Complex “StokOfiss”

The rafter celebration has been held for the first implementation stage – “StokOfiss U30” – of the new business complex “Stokofiss” initiated by the real estate developer “Hepsor” in the neighbourhood of Dreiliņi, Riga. This ceremony is an important progress indicator for the construction works of the “StokOfiss”complex, as the highest point of the building has been reached. All the premises with a total area of ​​3650 m² in the first phase have already been leased out and their tenants could move in at the end of summer. “Douglas Latvia” will be an anchor tenant in this complex. The new business complex “StokOfiss” will be developed in two stages with the planned total investment reaching approximately 17 million euros.

StokOfiss U30 is the fifth project implemented by “Hepsor ” in Latvia and first commercial segment. “We have been investing resources and making efforts to create the most favourable conditions and technical solutions in our “StokOfiss’ ‘ concept, where shop, office and warehouse are all located in one place. Hepsor is delighted to see that the tenants have welcomed our approach and all premises are rented out before the completion of the construction works”” said Martti Krass, Board Member of Hepsor Latvia. “Construction has progressed as expected and we are thankful for our partner Mitt&Perlebach SIA for their commitment and contribution during this time and we highly appreciate the successful cooperation with the Latvian branch of “BigBank” and looking forward to its support in the development of future projects.”

Next to “StokOfiss U30”, at Ulbrokas iela 34, the second stage of the business complex – “StokOfiss U34” is currently being designed. It is planned that its leasable area will be two and a half times larger, i.e. 8520 m², enabling even more companies to have their offices, shops and warehouse spaces in one place. Today, it is greatly advantageous for the companies to have all business aspects combined in one hub in terms of logistics, business efficiency and comfort of the workforce which also increases the financial benefits. It should be underlined that all spaces can be adapted to the needs of the tenants. The premises “StokOfiss U34” of the second implementation stage will be available to the tenants in 2024.
