The new apartment building at Strēlnieku Street 4b has been put into operation
BackIn September this year, the first residential project in Riga quiet center of the Real Estate developer “Hepsor” was put into operation. The building has 50 apartments fully equipped with furniture that can be either bought or rented, as well as 4 commercial premises for sale. The total investments in the project is 4,2 million EUR.
The new modern six-storey building occupies an area of 965 m2 at the intersection of Dzirnavu and Strelnieku streets and is designed in accordance with the requirements of modern rapid life. It has 50 apartments equipped with furniture ranging in size from 20 to 46 m2, including 5 duplex apartments on the upper floors of the building and four office premises on the ground floor. The starting price of the apartments – from 87,100 EUR, the commercial premises on the first floor of the building – from 149,500 EUR. All project apartments are also offered for rent.
For short-term rental needs, apartments can also be equipped with a “smart door” solution to ensure that tenants have easy access to the apartment without the need to come to the owner. For added convenience, landlords can fully entrust the management of the apartment to the building manager. The building is equipped with a comfortable and spacious elevator and a 24-hour video surveillance system for the safety of residents. The building has a closed green yard with a landscaped seating area and bicycle storage.
The residential project is intended for two target audiences. The first consists of active city residents who are looking for modern and innovative housing and appreciate the opportunities offered by the quiet center: students, entrepreneurs, office workers, tourists or even a small family. The second includes far-sighted investors who want to earn a long-term income by renting a property in the prestigious Art Nouveau district of Riga.
Hepsor representative Martti Krass welcomes the project and describes it as “a functional and sustainable building that embodies the standards of modern urban living”. Thanks to the work and vision of the creators of Strēlnieku Street 4b, every square meter of the apartment is well thought out and functional – suitable for the needs of both the city residents and guests.
The construction of the project has been partially financed by Bigbank by granting a loan of 2.5 million euros. Buyers have the opportunity to use the loans offered by the largest credit institutions in Latvia, as well as the opportunity to use the Altum program for the purchase of their new home.
