The apartments will have underfloor heating systems with an individually adjustable heat regime for each room. Each apartment is also equipped with mechanical ventilation with recuperation using a heat recovery method, which ensures the inflow of fresh and clean air without opening the windows. Customers will be given the opportunity to install an air cooling system in their apartments. Individual meters for heating, electricity and water will also be provided. The sanitary facilities are equipped with a bath or shower with a glass wall and all necessary plumbing. Ceiling heights in the living area and bedrooms on floors 2 to 11 are 2.62–2.80 m, and on the 13^th floor – 2.89 m.
