Two DEMO apartments have been opened in the new project in Riga, Strēlnieku Str.4b. Opportunity to buy or rent!

Approaching the moment when the building will be put into operation, two DEMO apartments have been finished in the new project building at Strēlnieku Street 4b. The project is implemented by the Estonian Real Estate developer Hepsor, and this is already third apartment building in Riga developed by the company. Fifty apartments with high-quality finishing are available for purchase and rent. The rental apartments will be equipped with new, modern furniture and appliances.

We are satisfied with the result of these beautiful apartments, where there is nothing superfluous,” says the designer. Anete believes that the goal of interior design is to combine functionality with aesthetics and to create well-being in any room in resident’s daily life. The most important thing in equipping this type of apartment is to arrange the room so that it has everything you need for everyday life, and it creates a feeling of comfort and home. Modern minimalism is currently one of the most popular design directions, reflecting the efforts to facilitate the daily life of occupants.

Demo apartments are equipped with high-quality, Latvian-made built-in furniture, which is functionally provided with everything you need and creates a common design style. Neutral yet expressive solutions are chosen, interacting with different shades of grey, brown and wood. Other furniture and interior items are selected in the current moss green, mustard yellow and dark blue colours as accents. When interior trends change, it is always possible to change free-standing furniture or accessories, while it is important for built-in solutions to be sustainable!

The building has fifty apartments with area 23 to 46 m2, including five 2-storey apartments located on the upper floors of the building. Residents have access to a green courtyard with a green area and bicycle storage. A spacious elevator and a video surveillance system will be available 24/7 for the convenience and safety of the residents.

The apartments will be offered for both purchase and rent. All apartments have a quality finish. The apartments for rent are fully equipped and furnished. The purchase price of apartments starts from 72,900 EUR. The rental price of a furnished one-room apartment starts from 450 EUR per month, the rental price of a two-room apartment starts from 550 EUR per month.
