The highest point in construction of Hepsor’s 1st Residential project in Mārupe- “Mārupes Dārzs” has been reached

The real estate developer “Hepsor” in partnership with the contractor “Mitt&Perlebach ” continues an active construction of the residential project “Mārupes Dārzs”, in Mārupe, at Lielā Street 45. The Rafter party has been held as the project has reached the highest point. The new project “Mārupes Dārzs” has A class energy efficiency certificate and recuperation system. Modern finishing for 92 two -, three – and four – room apartments with well-devised layouts and balconies or terraces are already on sale.

“Construction has progressed as expected and we are thankful for our partner “Mitt&Perlebach” for their commitment and contribution.
