The Residential Building at Baložu iela 9 of the Real Estate Developer “Hepsor” Has Been Put Into Operation

The multi-apartment project at Baložu iela 9 in the green neighbourhood of Āgenskalns in Pārdaugava has been put into operation. While the building with its preserved historic appearance blends well into the characteristic urban scenery of Āgenskalns, all 18 apartments have modern, high-quality finish creating a fusion of old values and modern architecture. As many as 2.5 million euros have been invested in this project and this is the third building launched into operation by “Hepsor” in Āgenskalns.

In the building surrounded by maples trees the area of apartments ranges between 39.7 and 88.2 m². The project also offers storage rooms and parking spaces, as well as recreational sites and a playground in the closed, green courtyard. The efficient layout of apartments and carefully selected finish materials allow bringing a spirit of Āgenskalns into the interior design offering wooden finish, cosiness, elegance and comfort. The project is in its final phase and very soon the new owners will receive their apartments and could move into their new homes.

Although the apartments of the project “Baložu iela 9” have already been sold, the real estate developer “Hepsor” has created new homes in the green and peaceful neighbourhood of Āgenskalns – “Kuldīgas Parks”.
