RESERVE

We will then enter into a written reservation agreement, which is valid until the conclusion of the agreement under the law of obligations. To confirm the purchase request, the buyer pays a reservation fee of 5,000 Euros upon signing the reservation agreement.

LAW OF OBLIGATIONS CONTRACT

During the construction of an apartment building, a notarized contract under the law of obligations is concluded with the client, which requires the payment of 10% of the cost of the apartment.

PROPERTY LAW CONTRACT

When the apartment building is completed, a notarized real right agreement is concluded, and the client must pay the remaining part of the cost of the apartment. After signing the contract, the client becomes the owner of the apartment.
