The six-storey building combines historic architecture with contemporary living solutions. The underground level houses parking and storage units, while the ground floor features homes and commercial spaces together with shared bicycle rooms and stroller storage areas. At the heart of the building is a spacious, light-filled atrium that brings the different functions together into a cohesive whole.

The Manufaktuuri Vabrik building has been given new life thanks to the thoughtful and sensitive approach of the architectural studio Kadarik Tüür Architects. Their aim was not merely to renovate the old factory building, but to preserve its strong industrial character and bring it into the contemporary urban landscape.
