“The Manufaktuuri quarter is starting to develop into a distinctly unique living environment, where the old and the new intertwine. Industrial and humane. We tried to offer architecture that fits into this environment but at the same time stands out slightly from the general real estate market. The distinctive image of the buildings with slanted roofs has been emphasized both formally and materially. The typology of the point houses allows us to offer apartments with very good light and views. Most of the apartments have views to at least two directions and all apartments have balconies.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
