In recent years, Estonian real estate developer Hepsor has added more than 400 apartments to the Latvian market, with an additional 250 apartments expected to be launched in 2025. Projects in the commercial segment, totaling 140,000 square meters, are also in the pipeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the interview, Martti Krass discusses Hepsor’s growth in recent years and emphasizes the importance of high energy efficiency and quality of life in both the residential and commercial segments. He also highlights Riga as the hidden treasure of the Baltic States, with great potential for development: “Riga has tremendous potential; it is like the hidden treasure of the Baltics, of Europe\u2014a city with great opportunities that have not yet been fully exploited.
