We are announcing the construction of a new business complex. Premises that combine functions of a store, warehouse, and office will be available for rent to small and medium-sized companies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building permit for the new complex is received, and the construction works will start in September 2020. The business complex will be built in the busy part of Riga, near the intersection of Ulbrokas street and Deglava street. The main advantages of \u201cStokOfiss U30\u201d are convenience and functionality, therefore future tenants will have access to office spaces, as well as spacious premises for stores and warehouses, adjustable to the specific needs of the tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total planned area of \u201cStokOfiss U30\u201d is approximately 3800 m2. The two floors will have 10 separate premises for rent, each with an area of 293\u2013487 m\u00b2 – suitable for a warehouse, a store, or an office. Various technical solutions can be applied to all premises to adjust them to the tenants\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be retail premises, warehouses, and backrooms on the first floor. The second floor will have office spaces. Tenants and customers will have convenient transport access and free parking for 84 cars for the use of customers and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martti Krass, the board member of \u201cHepsor\u201d, emphasizes: \u201cBy implementing Estonian experience in the construction of buildings for needs of small and medium-sized companies, we want to offer an equal practice to Latvian market that would meet the principles of sustainable development and efficiency. Often the company\u2019s retail premises, office, and warehouses are located in different parts of the city, which creates additional expenses for solving logistics issues. The location of these premises in one place will facilitate the company’s daily work and improve business efficiency\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
