Real Estate developer Hepsor is commissioning the first Residential building in Latvia, Riga on December 2019.
The building is a modern 3-storey apartment building with a natural wooden trimming. Eighteen 2-4 room apartments with high-quality finish are available in the building. The ceiling height of the apartments on the top floor of the building reaches 3.2m. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building architecture
<\/strong>The building was designed by an architect Uldis Berzins of the architectural bureau \u201cTectum\u201d. The building blends harmoniously with the environment of Agenskalns. The spacious courtyard of the building gives residents the feeling of a private house, with a recreation area, a playground and a parking lot. The nearby Kalnciema street allows you to join the city stream at any time and conveniently get to the city centre.

Apartments
<\/strong>The layout of the apartments allows the most ergonomic use of available space. All apartments have large floor-to-ceiling windows. Indoor heating is provided by floor heating, which is the most convenient and effective form of maintaining a pleasant temperature and microclimate in the premises. Apartments are sold with high-quality finishing.
A demo apartment is available for visit. Design solutions were developed in collaboration with the design studio \u201cProgetto\u201d and the leading designer of the studio Liene Zemvalde. Interior solutions are saturated with the atmosphere of Agenskalns – wooden finishing, comfort and amenities, which are highlighted by metal accents and specially selected lighting.  The kitchen is made in collaboration with the kitchen furniture studio \u201cArens\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buying Opportunities
<\/strong>Half of the apartments in this project have already been sold or reserved. We invite customers to make an appointment with our sales specialists in order to have time to choose a suitable apartment now. With the support of the Altum program, the first instalment for the purchase of housing can be only 5% of the price of the apartment. Particularly attractive is the price of four-room apartments – starting from 168 900 EUR.
The project is implemented by the Estonian developer SIA Hepsor, which has been operating in Latvia since the end of 2017, offering its customers high-quality apartment building projects. Construction is carried out in collaboration with SIA \u201cMitt & Perlebach\u201d.
