The real estate developer \u201cHepsor\u201d in partnership with the contractor \u201cMitt&Perlebach ” continues an active construction of the residential project \u201cM\u0101rupes D\u0101rzs\u201d, in M\u0101rupe, at Liel\u0101 Street 45. The Rafter party has been held as the project has reached the highest point. The new project \u201cM\u0101rupes D\u0101rzs” has A class energy efficiency certificate and recuperation system. Modern finishing for 92 two -, three – and four – room apartments with well-devised layouts and balconies or terraces are already on sale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cConstruction has progressed as expected and we are thankful for our partner \u201cMitt&Perlebach\u201d for their commitment and contribution. In today\u2019s hectic environment we are grateful to have construction partner with who the communication is transparent and who can ensure the quality of the works. We expect that the construction works will be completed by 2nd quarter next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, we are excited to see how strong the interest from the buyer\u2019s side has been and already 50% of \u201cM\u0101rupes D\u0101rzs\u201d residents chose this project as their new home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Increasingly attractive, especially for families with children as in a close distance there is everything necessary for active everyday life: kindergartens, schools, gymnasium, supermarkets, institutions of medical services, airport.  And there are also opportunities of active recreation, spending of free time. In M\u0101rupe Area they are available in a very broad range: sport centres, pool, ice hall, tennis clubs, BMX track, golf course, restaurants, cafes.
