While the building with its preserved historic appearance blends well into the characteristic urban scenery of \u0100genskalns, all 18 apartments have modern, high-quality finish creating a fusion of old values and modern architecture. As many as 2.5 million euros have been invested in this project and this is the third building launched into operation by \u201cHepsor\u201d in \u0100genskalns.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a>In the building surrounded by maples trees the area of apartments ranges between 39.7 and 88.2&nbsp;m\u00b2. The project also offers storage rooms and parking spaces, as well as recreational sites and a playground in the closed, green courtyard. The efficient layout of apartments and carefully selected finish materials allow bringing a spirit of \u0100genskalns into the interior design offering wooden finish, cosiness, elegance and comfort. It shows how great is the interest of residents in the \u0100genskalns neighbourhood as a prospective place for their home.
