This fact speaks for itself showing the great interest in the \u0100genskalns neighbourhood as a place for the prospective home.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The implementation of the project at Balo\u017eu iela 9 began at the end of 2020, when shortly after the publication of the announcement half of the flats available in the project were sold. The building is scheduled to be put into operation in early 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All flats have high-quality fine finish, the area of \u200b\u200bthe flats ranges between 39.7 and 88.2 m\u00b2 and almost all of them have spacious balconies with their area varying from 5.2 to 8 m\u00b2.
