The “Hepsor” Estonian real estate project developer began active construction in October of this year on the “Kuld\u012bgas Parks” residential block among Gregora, Kuld\u012bgas and Tape\u0161u streets in R\u012bga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Real estate developer \u201cHepsor\u201d has been operating in Latvia since the end of 2017 and in cooperation with the Estonian construction contractor \u201cMitt & Perlebach\u201d in Riga has already implemented several projects with high-quality and innovative construction solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the next three months, there will be major work with land to prepare the construction site. Engineering networks will be installed, and the foundations of the buildings will be built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The green residential block will preserve large trees and an alley of linden trees. This has attracted much interest among residents of \u0100genskalns and the P\u0101rdaugava community. People are actively reserving flats in the new buildings, which are scheduled to be completed during the first half of 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The “Kuld\u012bgas Parks” residential block is at Gregora Street 2A in Riga. There are to be two seven-story residential buildings with 116 modern two, three and four-room flats that have been carefully designed and will have balconies or terraces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Flats are being offered with high-quality finishing, light or dark materials and very valuable sanitation equipment. Above or below-ground car park slots and warehouse rooms can be purchased for an additional price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The comfort of residents in the new buildings will be enhanced by the green area that will surround them. There will be an internal courtyard with a playground for children, an active sports area with equipment for various age groups, and stands to lock bicycles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
