Management and Supervisory Board<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Management Board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Management Board is a management body of Hepsor AS, which represents and manages the company\u2019s daily activities in accordance with the law and the Articles of Association. The Management Board makes decisions based on the best interests of the company and shareholders and ensures reasonable development of the company according to the set goals and strategy. The Management Board of Hepsor AS is comprised of one member. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board cooperate extensively to ensure the company\u2019s interests are met in the best possible way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supervisory Board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Supervisory Board plans the activities of the company, organizes the management and supervises the activities of the Management Board. The Supervisory Board shall notify the general meeting of the results of a review. The Audit Committee advises the Supervisory Board on matters related to supervision. The Supervisory Board determines and regularly reviews the company\u2019s strategy, general plan of action, risk management principles and annual budget. The Supervisory Board of Hepsor AS is comprised of three members. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board organizes the activities of the Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
